2011: anno europeo del volontariato.

Dopo un 2009 proclamato anno europeo della creatività e dell'innovazione e dopo un 2010 proclamato anno europeo della lotta alla povertà e all'esclusione sociale , mi sarei aspettata un 2011 anno europeo della trasparenza.

Trasparenza, infatti, è, a mio parere, il miglior motore di sviluppo che si possa attivare in questo momento. La concorrenza dovrebbe essere basata, infatti, sul reciproco aiuto e stimolo a dare il massimo, non sul primeggiare in ignoranza and abuse, as is the case, however, actually.
