is then promptly issued Legislative Decree 27 January 2010, No 35, which corrects the existing rules on the transport of dangerous goods.

Queste nuove norme prevedono che il trasporto di materiale fissile e radioattivo sia autorizzato dal Ministero, il quale tuttavia può prevedere delle deroghe per le merci a «bassa radioattività» (il decreto parla in realtà di non media né alta radioattività).

Come si definisce, però, la bassa radioattività? Oppure, come si definiscono la media e la alta radioattività ?
